Returns

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Eligibility

  • Your item must be unused and in the same condition as received.
  • Original packaging is required.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, etc.).
  • Intimate/sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids.
  • Gift cards, downloadable software, and certain health/personal care items.

Refunds

Once your return is inspected, we’ll notify you via email about approval. Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Late/Missing Refunds

Exceptions

  • Sale items: Non-refundable.
  • Partial refunds: Apply for used/opened items (e.g., books, DVDs).
  • Exchanges: Only for defective/damaged items.

Gifts & Shipping

Gift returns receive store credit. For exchanges, contact us first at INFO@YOURSITE.COM for shipping instructions.

Shipping Responsibility:
  • You cover return shipping costs (non-refundable).
  • For items over $75, use a trackable service.
