Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Eligibility
- Your item must be unused and in the same condition as received.
- Original packaging is required.
Non-Returnable Items
- Perishable goods (food, flowers, etc.).
- Intimate/sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids.
- Gift cards, downloadable software, and certain health/personal care items.
Refunds
Once your return is inspected, we’ll notify you via email about approval. Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Late/Missing Refunds

Exceptions
- Sale items: Non-refundable.
- Partial refunds: Apply for used/opened items (e.g., books, DVDs).
- Exchanges: Only for defective/damaged items.
Gifts & Shipping
Gift returns receive store credit. For exchanges, contact us first at INFO@YOURSITE.COM for shipping instructions.
Shipping Responsibility:
- You cover return shipping costs (non-refundable).
- For items over $75, use a trackable service.
